At Route One, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused sports equipment and apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
